Cast iron is a common material for motor body castings due to its excellent casting properties, high strength, and resistance to wear and corrosion. 

The cast iron stove burner is produced by  shell molding and green sand molding with ASTM 20 grade gray iron. The gray cast iron stove burners are widely used in household and industrial applications.

The cast iron stove burner can save energy up to 30-56% compared with the traditional burners. When the traditional burner burns, the refractory mud cannot fully vaporize the alcohol base, while the cast iron burner can fully vaporize the alcohol oil and burn completely, and the firepower is stronger and more concentrated. At the same time, the cast iron burner avoids the gas leakage caused by expansion and contraction, leaving no safety hazards.
